At Mercy Jiu Jitsu, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where people feel confident while improving their physical fitness, mental focus, and overall well-being. We believe that low weight and resistance training is one of the best ways to build that confidence and strength. With our training, we do high reps with small weight and leveled resistance bands, using exercises that target key strength areas as well as core body. Low weight allows all people, from kids to seniors, to be able to participate in our class. Resistance bands allow for a greater range of exercises that work upper body, core, and lower body.
Whether it be weight loss, or just gaining strength, we are committed to helping you reach your goal. We rotate our exercises and routines weekly, so that we can work a larger array of your body without total burnout. Each class starts with stretching and ends with stretching as well. On top of that, each class also works the entire body but without over doing any one portion. At Mercy, we do not make our workouts a one-size fits all. Most of our exercise can be modified to fit either a body type or mobility disparity. Our goal is inclusion within our classs at all times!
At Mercy Jiu Jitsu, we are more than just a Jujitsu school - we are a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for martial arts and personal development. Our students come from all walks of life and support each other both on and off the mat. We host our conditioning class every Saturday from 8:30-9:30, and it is open to the public at $10 per person/per day. Regular Membershipincludes all classes
